Meditation is not a religion, and yet it plays a role in all cultures of worldly wisdom and is used to enrich spiritual knowledge. Meditation is a science, that is, it explains the principles, that there is a certain process, and it produces results that can be verified.

The practice of meditation is the process of purifying the mind, allowing it to relax and focus on the inside. Meditation is a form of relaxation awareness; your mind is clear, fully awake, and conscious, but your mind is not focused on the external environment or on any events that take place around you.
